Ariya Naghibi’s goal in life is to inspire the people he loves the most around him. In only a few years he closed over $100 million in real estate related transactions. “Every day is a new opportunity for me to push beyond my own mental limits”, he states, “To caulis the mind, is to free one’s self from any personal barrier to allow the overcoming of any obstacle in the future.”
Ariya, an extrovert with a strong focus on family, is known for his relentless work ethic and constant pursuit of craft perfection. Licenses he currently holds are: California real estate salesperson, California mortgage loan origination, California life-only agent, and California broker property and casualty. Ariya’s resume includes working with major corporations like Wells Fargo, loanDepot, and First Foundation Bank. Anyone whom has ever worked closely with Ariya has seen first-hand his concierge level service which derives from his quick response time, high sense of urgency and impeccable attention to detail for his clients.
Ariya believes, “it is not the destination, but the journey to the destination that I find most exciting about Black Crown Inc., we have come a very long way, and are just getting started. There is no place like home. Shopping for a new property should not be viewed as a transaction or a heavy burden, but a place where someone will start a beautiful chapter in their life. To be a part of that beautiful moment is something very special. You’d have to see it to believe it. That feeling you get when you helped your client find THE home is addicting. You just want to help as many people as you possibly can. Everyone has their own reasons why they do that they do, and that right there is mine. It is as simple as that.”
Currently Ariya is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Political Science at California State University Fullerton with plans to attend law school in the future.
