Christopher M. Naghibi is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Black Crown Inc., a disruptive collective of attorneys, property managers, real estate agents and contractors who handle home sales and purchases, commercial and multifamily real estate brokerage, primarily for high net-worth and celebrity clients. The team has over 20 years of experience, 1000+ satisfied clients, $10 million in recovered costs for clients and in excess of $20 billion dollars in closed transactions.

Mr. Naghibi, a licensed attorney, real estate broker and general contractor, also serves as Executive Vice President – Chief Credit Officer of First Foundation Bank (NASDAQ: FFWM) with an expertise in large volume institutional operations. Mr. Naghibi is responsible for measuring and managing the aggregate risk in the Bank’s loan portfolio by overseeing the bank’s real estate, consumer and commercial credit, monitoring, underwriting, processing and collection policies, procedures, and processes ensuring appropriate mitigation of the risks inherent in the portfolio.

Prior to First Foundation Bank, Mr. Naghibi garnered an extensive background in a myriad of unique lending platforms. His time with Impac Commercial Capital Corporation, U.S. Financial Services & Residential Realty, and First Fidelity Funding equipped Mr. Naghibi with strong credit skills and broad experience in multifamily, commercial and single-family residence real estate lending, private banking, consumer lending and both small business and middle market lending.

Mr. Naghibi graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Trinity Law School and received a Master of Business Administration from American Heritage University alongside two bachelor degrees.  Mr. Naghibi is also a graduate of the Yale School of Management Global Executive Leadership Program.

He is a highly sought-after speaker, as long as the engagement doesn’t conflict with his son’s birthday. He enjoys providing pro bono legal work for families in need and has worked with Habitat for Humanity to create unique loan programs helping to get deserving families into the home of their dreams in Hawaii, Las Vegas and California. He is soon expanding his local non-profit support to work with organizations that benefit children with rare diseases via his Gentlemen’s Coalition endeavor. As a board member for She Built This City, he is helping empower women of all ages in sparking interest in the construction and manufacturing trades.

Black Crown Inc. was born out of the ideology that a collective of talents allows a team of experts to work together with subject matter expertise in a way that no single individual or small company can.  Black Crown Inc. may be the size of a boutique firm; however, it is our belief that this shared expense and revenue translates to a better client experience where you, the end consumer, get far more for far less.  Since we work together, we can reduce our costs and pass those savings along to you, the consumer.  This disruptive change in what someone should be charged for services, not what they could be charged, has been met with consternation by outside Realtors, brokers, contractors, property managers and attorneys.  Some have claimed that we are undercutting the market, but we like to think that by placing our collective faith in your relationship, not your transaction and that Black Crown Inc. will benefit from years of working together instead of looking to maximize income on each interaction.  We simply give you more, for less.  No games, no drama, no gimmicks.
